About the Event
My Mixtape Sound Session is a unique journaling session. We will use songs as the journal prompts bringing your thoughts and music together in one place. In this group journaling experience, we will explore 3 songs around a common theme. There will be an opportunity for self-journaling as well as sharing thoughts with the group if you so choose.
