Long Road to Freedom

We’ve come a long way, but there is still a long road to freedom. This sound session is to inspire you to journal about what freedom looks like for you and your community.

In our session you can expect to use the lyrics of three songs as journal prompts, There will be an opportunity for self-journaling as well as group sharing allowing for future inspiration.  At the conclusion of the Xperience, attendees will receive a curated 12 song playlist to continue journaling beyond the session.

My Mixtape Sound Session is a unique journaling experience. In this group setting, we will explore songs around a common theme. There will be an opportunity for self-journaling as well as sharing thoughts with the group if you so choose. Sound Sessions will include songs from a variety of genres with a concentration on R&B, Hip-Hop, and Neo-Soul. May contain explicit language.
